I have a court protection order as part of my bail, my ex is camping in my backyard without my permission, if I cal cops will I go to jail?

What do the protection orders say about your ex?

shes protected is all, I'm not allowed to contact approach etc

If the property is yours, either you own it or you lease it and she is not a coowner/joint leasholder then you won't be breaching the order if you call the police to have her removed. Indeed, under the circumstances you describe doing so is arguably necessary to comply with the order.

What you mustn't do is approach her yourself.
