Do grandparents have rights

Customer Question

Do grandparents have rights

Hello
Yes, most certainly do grand parents have rights. More so than ever before, as they are what is defined as INTERESTED PARTIES.
They do have rights to see the children, even if the actual parents do not allow for it or want to.
You can attend mediation, and see if you can come to an agreement.

Alternatively, you can go to court:

You could have told me where to go to mediation, or where to start this?
