How long have you been seeing each other? If it is more than 12 months then you can apply for a partner visa. Her child is an issue because of the father does not consent to the child coming over then the childs visa will not be approved.

Alternatively you can look at prospective marriage visa where you intend to marry and this is faster but you apply for the partner visa once married.
