I am a Pool maintenace business that has contracted to a Pool Shop for 11 years. This contract is now terminated though there has never been anything in writing or signed. Now that i have left the Pool shop are threatening that if any of their clients that i have serviced for years cancel and want me to look after them that they will take legal action for poaching clients even though the clients have no contract other than verbal month to month service. Where do i stand? Regards bron
