Good Afternoon

My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question. Please understand this is not legal advise Please understand this is not legal advise but a guide to assist you.

I assume that there is no agreement between you.
As such you will have to file an Application on the case and Affidavit and a financial statement.

The Application on the case will set out what orders you want.

Interim orders are the urgent ones you want now and Final order are what you at the end.

If you ned the house sold that would be an interim order that it be sold and the final order would be you recevie 50% of everything for example

Here are the forms

You then serve him with the documents and the court will set dates for things ot happen.

I hope this makes sense and is of assistance. If there is nothing further

thank you for using my services.

If I have missed anything, or you have any further questions please let me know

If there is anything else in the future please do not hesitate to ask.

Please do not forget to leave positive feedback.
