My defaCTO has passed away s will stated that i was sole

my defaCTO has passed away his will stated that i was sole inheritor but his wife who left 20 odd yrs ago name is ***** ***** deeds to the house. she has not contribuated any financials iin the time she has been gone where do i stand they are not divorced.

Sadly, as there is no divorce or property settlement, she is still entitled.
That entitlement, will be reduced in respect of having her not contributing for 20 years.
Which is extremely significant.
The will of course is significant.
What I would suggest doing is administer the will, as outlined and if she does make a claim, it would be at best 10% of the assets, you can then make that offer for her to 'go away.'
