In NSW there is no such thing as a work licence or a hardship licence as there is in QLD.
When you say you were on good behaviour was it because of demerits?

I have submitted a dispute / to seek leniency for failing to stop at a stop sign that I questioned, as at the time of the offence the officer who pulled me over said I didnt stop, I asked how long did I have to stop for as i came to complete stop and when questioned he said 3 seconds, I said yes I stopped for three seconds and his reply was no not he full 3 seconds. Im my application for leniency I stated this and stated that in the drivers hanbook no 3 second rule applied and also stated from an article from the NRMA that a time period is not important, just the fact that the vechicle must come to a complete stop.
