Hi my question was in South Australia do I have to disclose a conviction of the magistrate ordered that I be discharged without conviction or penalty. The charge was a minor indictable offence and was not a sexual offence.

You will need to disclose it, but it would not be an issue as you were not convicted.
You were charged however.
They will ask if you have a history of any police charges, not just criminal convictions. Hence the need to be forthwith with them.
