The only way to drop the AVO is to attend court and speak with the Magistrate, inform the court you no longer fear for your safety, and the AVO will be dropped.
If neither party attend, then the AVO will be dropped usually.
I can try and speak to customer service.

In respect of the matter, all you should do is attend court and explain that you no longer need an AVO
OR
Neither of you attend, and the AVO may be withdrawn and dismissed.
