Hi I am xxxx xxxxxx working for a small business for the last 11 years My employer is threatening to reduce my basic salary, due to business revenue
What are my rights and options

If they can prove that they are struggling and cannot afford to pay, then there is little option for you sadly.
All you can rely upon is they pay the minimum base wage.
However, if they cannot pay that, then they can dismiss your employment regardless sadly as a result of their financial issues.
