My ex & I have agreement for CSA arrears. He only paid part of this. My son is now over 18 what do I do to get the remaining owed to be paid

Yes the debt can still be chased
The CSA can attend to this, however the issue will be raised, why did you not tend to this earlier?
They may only chase a percentage of that amount owed.

I responded as soon as he never paid but he waited until ny son turned 18. The deal was set out that way

In that respect I would suggest speaking with the CSA and explaining same.
he seems extremely 'cagey' the agency will deal with it.

I have contacted them and was told my son is now over 18 and its not their issue now

They are able to enforce it.
I suggest contacting another employee there and they can enforce it.
however they can choose not to, if you have not been seen to be proactive previously.
