Hi my name is yuhiro,
What i want to ask you is I bought an apartment last year in May and i put 10% deposit in and I sign the contract but its still building and taking too ling to finish. It will be ready next Oct. I have been thinking to do not buy it if I am allowed to get out from contract. My bank called me to get professional advice.

Unless there is some period of time in the contract that obliges the builder to built in a certain time frame, then sadly there is no real option available to reneg on the contract, unless they give consent.

Perhaps they will find another buyer, but it is entirely up to them.
