my defacto and i broke up on the 27/06/2015, She borrowed my car to move out and never returned it, I have since found it on car sales for sale. Can i take out an ex parte application, and do you have any case example of an application to help me do the application properly . I am currently in the process of filling out an innitiating application aswell. Thankyou
