If you are walking along a footpath at night and the path branches slightly off and through a "side" gate that is OPEN and it's night; it is surrounded by bush and there are no lit signs (ie one may think you are entering a soccer field or communit hall oval etc) and you are booked for trespassing, is there any recourse?
