Leon, I have a mediation today where I need to rely on emails

Customer Question

HI Leon, I have a mediation today where I need to rely on emails as part of my evidence. I gave notice to complete a lease on the correct date and it was accepted. But now the rea lestate agent is saying that I needed to give 21 days notice in writing prior to the end of the lease. Can I use the emails as evidence that I was to "complete" the lease?
