My son Terry Stevenson has received a text notice of his mortgage

Customer Question

My son Terry Stevenson has received a text notice of his mortgage foreclosure with 4 days to get out( he did get another week) Is this legal shouldn't be posted or delivered on a proper letter ? Is 4 days notice legal? How do I go about getting Keystart to produce the original promissory note? I've been advised that if they have on sold this (which happens about 50%of the time) they cannot legally issue a mortgage foreclosure as they are no longer the debtor. How do I go about getting them to produce the original note in court. this is urgent as they said they could produce any papers about what is going on
