My husband is a carpenter and he made a plark out of wood a client provided we have been contacting the person for 3 months asking him to collect it and he keeps saying hes coming then doesnt show and now he is not responding at all my question is what is our rights regarding the product can we sell it as he hasnt paid for the labour on it
