Good Evening
My name is ***** ***** I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question.
When you say retrenched do you mean made redundant or unfairly dismissed?
How long have you been with them?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Hi, yep redundant. Been there 5 years, just over so they are rounding up to 6 years.
