Was there any issue with the old fence? Was it in need of repair?

Good Afternoon
If he has constructed a fence that you do not agree to he cannot claim money from you
He has to send you a quotation with the notice before anything is done.
He cannot claim any money without doing this.
If there is not fence in place you get a quote form a fencer and send him a notice for your fence.
Have you had a quote?
