Having been in a defacto relationship 22 years living

Customer Question

Having been in a defacto relationship for some 22 years living in a property owned solely by the defacto partner (who has two natural adult children) what percentage of the property would I be entitled to on the death of the defacto partner?

All of it, as you are the partner.
By default, you are entitled.
The children get it when you pass.
They can claim against it, but being together 22 years, it is very difficult to argue against.
