When an oversize load is traveling on roads in NSW a class 1 permit is issued and in most cases a pilot escort vehicle is required to accompany the load. In this case a 5.m wide cabin with a pilot in front and behind.
The driver of the Truck hit a tree and damaged the cabin. Who is responsible for repair of damage to the house
