2. You are simply a company / business / entity that sub contracts work to sub contractors.
3. The agreement is not really necessary as they are sub contractors by definition.
ISSUE:
There only exists one contract. You and the customers. Even if the sub contractors are negligent, you are liable.

A court could still come to the conclusion that you are still the contracted party.
You are still obtaining money from the customer also.
Perhaps the only way around it, is refer the customer to the teacher, then have the teacher pay you a kick back.
