Does she have her own doctor that she sees?
Customer:
Yes, but none of the doctors she has seen to date in Brisbane where she lives have even done tests to establish that she is in fact suffering from LYME DISEASE as I explained in my original question.
Customer:
I also clicked on to the Just Answer section for HEALTH enquiries as I don't think her doctors have fulfilled their duty of care to her when she is desperately ill and needs medical care now. Therefore would you be able to pass my enquiry in total to someone who can give medical advice regarding what medical care this young woman can get for Lyme Disease which has been diagnosed with a blood test carried out by German doctors - This meant valuable time has been wasted without receiving the correct treatment for Lyme Disease.

In relation to a breach of the duty of care you have to get copies of the clinical notes from the doctors and speak to solicitor that practice in medical negligence. They can advise you on whether there is a breach and if there is a case to be answered.
