Hi i pleaded not guilty to my charges. When i was charged…

Thank you for your advise but i still dont understand. The night i was pulled over by the police they took me back too police station. And when they told me i was charged with and they gave me the charge sheet it read. Seq.No Offence(s) Act and Section 1 Supply prohibited drug>indict. quantity(not cannabis)-sI Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 25(1) 2 Possess prohibited drug Drug Missuse and Trafficking Act 1985 10(1) And i went for surpreme court bail and got it they read my charges out witch is the above. And the above charges i was going to fight and it was Not Guilty on the first charge And the secound charge i was going to plead guilty too some of it and the reason for that there were 2 packages in my car and when the police pulled me over and they asked me wot i had in car i told them my personal stuff and the other package was not mine and there were no dna or finger prints on it or the stuff i put my hands up for. My solictor said too me have too wait for the police to give brief and then it was served and my solicitor rang me too go threw it. And it read charge 1 On 13 May*****Marys in the state of nsw wales supplied a prohibited drug. namely, 163.5 grams of methylamphetamine Section 25(1)29 Drug misuse trafficking Act 1985 Law part Code 16960/3197 And the second charge read On 13 May at St Marys in the state of nsw supplied a prohibited drug. namely 18.5 grams of-4 methoxymethylamphetamine Section 25(1)29 drug misuse and trafficking Act 1985 Law part Code 16960/3197. And so i was not pleading guilty too these charges because 1 the police had the drugs with them so i could not have supplied any one and the times they said it was done i was in police custudy . And when my solicitor and i went too court too put plea in the charges that were read out too me were diff again and they were In the hours between 5 pm and 7pm on the day 13 may 2013 i did supply the amounts above times 2 So my solicitor told me not guilty on both charges. and then we were giving a trial date. The possess charge was not even mentioned. So thats why im confused what my charges are after putting my plea in.

No they havent charged me with different ones from the brief. In the notice of prosecution case section 142 criminal procedure act in the indictment they section 25(1)29 the section 29 was added and as i said there was no charge in the section 29 witch is the deemed to supply.
