The situation is unusual, which may attract a bit more scrutiny than is normal, but the requirement for suitable accommodation is not defined, rather you simply have to provide accommodation arrangements which are reasonable.
On the fact of it, your arrangements, though unusual, appear satisfactory. Just be ready to answer any questions you may be asked about sleeping arrangements and adequate rooms for both couples.
Shared accommodation, whilst unusual, is not unheard of and I would not expect that would raise any significant concerns of itself.
