My husband is now divorced from his ex wife from the 30th of Jan 2018. They have a house but no children, she is refusing to leave the property. We have tried mediation and several options to have her respond to which she either refuses or provides us with lawyer details that are not representing her. My husband paid the mortgage for the first 12 months of them separating, having to stop payments May 2017 as she was refusing to settle the matter. I have been asked by my solicitor to request from banking
I have been asked by my solicitor to request from banking institution past statements or transactional data to show that payments from a person's account was made to other institutions to cover the costs of a property. The property in question is in WA. the Bank in question is BankWest. They have advised that they do not keep any records beyond 7 years. However i have been able to access records 2001 to*****George bank with whom the property mortgage was held and closed in 2007..
