If the business you ordered from is based in Australia then you can take legal action in your state consumer tribunal or the local court, however, if the goods were purchased from an overseas based country then unfortunately your ability to recover will be subject to the laws of the overseas jurisdiction.
Whilst some countries have laws that protect consumers such as yourself, many do not and in practice it is rarely feasible to pursue action in overseas countries, since the cost of obtaining legal assistance in such countries almost always exceeds the cost of the goods in dispute.
Problems such as this are an all too common hazard of online purchasing, and whilst most online operators appear to legitimate, there is definitely a percentage of operators whose practices are dubious at best and in some cases fraudulent. Noting that the link you provided no longer appears valid, I suspect you are dealing with such a business, in which case there is little you can commercially do to effect a recovery. If money were no obstacle you could engage a local lawyer to firstly track down the owner of the web address, and then depending on which country the business operated in, you might then be able to engage lawyers in that foreign jurisdiction to pursue a recovery, however, this would likely cost you many times the cost of the goods in question to pursue, and there would be no guarantee that you would make a recovery. Accordingly, I would not advise you to take such action.
The only other option I can suggest is that if you purchased the goods via a credit card company, that you contact your credit card provider and see whether they can cancel the transaction. Some credit card companies are set up so that they can cancel transactions where it appears goods have not been supplied, or where fraud is involved, however, it will depend on a close examination of the circumstances of your transaction, so there are no guarantees your credit card company can assist you.
Failing the above, you may simply have to write the matter off as a hard lesson in the dangers of online transactions and in future make sure that you satisfy yourself that any business you deal with is either legitimate or that you are willing to take the risk before committing to such a transaction.
