Alternate weekends will be acceptable in the eyes of the court. The mediator, I would state, is next to useless.
I would propose, for the first 6 months or so, each Saturday from 10 - 4 then after that each alternate weekend from 10am Sat to 4pm Sunday.
if she does not agree, file in court, you will get that alone.
