My name is Leon and I am a NSW Solicitor. Thank you for your question, and will do my best to assist you with your question.
If they sell it to you it has to be at the lower price that they had advertised.
If they choose not to sell it at that price then they can terminate the contract and give you the money back.
If you wish to enforce the contract you have to take them to court. This is the only option you have.
The fact that it was that price 2 days in a row and they signed and took a deposit they should honour the contract but in the end the court is going to have to decide.
But you do have a valid contract and you can enforce it.
You can also complain about then to the Department of commerce.
