I married my partner in 2010 in Australia and applied for her Permanent resident visa (subclass-100) which was granted in July of 2010.

I had issues with some of her documents and proceeded with the application as I was to undergo a major open heart operation in July of 2010. Soon after I questioned her on the validity of our declarations and documents submitted to the Australian Embassy in Jakarta.

This caused a lot of fights in our relationship to the point where we relocated back to Indonesia in September 2011 which meant she had stayed in Australia for just over a year (we had visited Indonesia twice since receiving the PR for a total of 3 weeks out of the Country). I finally separated in March 2012 as I had uncovered a lot of untruths in our relationship as well as falsified documents and it appears that her birth certificate was false as well. The birth certificate had no numbers that were traceable, her parents names were wrong and the birthplace was wrong. This was common practice in the nineties and early 2000's in Batam, Indonesia if a girl wanted to "buy" a new passport.

I declared to the Australian Embassy in Jakarta that I had submitted false declarations in her PR application and one of these was that we had a daughter due to our relationship which was false. The girl was her niece's that we were looking after for the past two years and as I wasn't sure if I was going to survive the operation so I agreed to say she was our daughter even though that was not the case. We could not legally adopt her in Indonesia as we were not legally married and she couldn't either. I later found out that she had falsified the little girl's birth certificate to say she was the Mother.

The Embassy answered my email and said that they would look into it and I never heard anything again.

I hired a private investigator to find out her background as i was shattered to find out that she had probably lied to me about her true name, her past and so forth. I just wanted to find out the truth as I have never encountered anything like this before in my life. We had been together since 2003 living in Indonesia but my work meant I only got see her about two months if I was lucky in the year.

The investigation revealed a name that was probably her real name but they could not find any records of it as she had covered her tracks. It also revealed some of her sisters that she did not declare to the Embassy and their Identity numbers. I gave the Australian Embassy the investigation results and they replied back to me to thank me for my efforts and that they would look into it.

I have received many threats against me as well as my new family and I am very concerned for their safety as she is very capable of violence. I don’t think a restraining order would stop her if she were to come to Australia. She found out that I have a child and is very upset ( she and I never had children and according to the investigation she is probably 10 years older than what is stated in her passport and may have being too old to bear children)

My question is would she be allowed to come back to Australia after making false declarations or would the Embassy have cancelled her visa? I really am afraid for my family and is there any way of finding out?
