I need some advise please. My two children(10&12yo) living in my mother's in law house. She offered us to stay here, she also kindly allowed me to drive her car, as she isn't driving any more. She lives with her daughter. My sister in law and her husband aren't happy with this arrangement. The were behaving not too bad until recently. For about two months now they won't let me or kids see their grand mother, saying them she doesn't want to see or speak to them, verbally abusing kids and me. My husband lives in Spain, he started business there 3 years ago and it's not going well, he can't sell it and not making any money, he lives in his shop and sleeps on the floor. My mother in law helped us to buy air tickets for me and kids to come back to Australia. My mother in law isn't aware of what her daughter and hear son in law doing to us. She has dementia and they are taking an advantage of that. Today we received a letter from a solicitor, on "behalf of my mother in law and her attorneys(my sister in law and her husband) requesting us to move out of the property and to return car to them. … read more
