Verified1.) It is not a condition of a student visa that a holder of the visa cannot become pregnant. Usually in cases where this happens, DIAC simply extend the student visa giving the person additional time to complete their course of study.
2.) During her pregnancy, you have no financial responsibility. Once the child is born, you must pay her child support. If you don't, the CSA will garnish your pay and go after your assets.
3.) No. Until the child is born you have no financial obligation towards her or her unborn child.
