The charge of possession will most likely be dismissed. It is not a serious charge.
The charge of driving under influence = this will incur a loss of licence for 3 to 6 months.
You can fight this suspension period however if you can prove that the loss of licence will incur significant hardship on you.
Such as:
1. Loss of work.
2. Family commitments.
etc.
