Your only option is to file an application to the ,ageist rates court in WA.

This is suing them.
In such matters, it will be difficult to sue them, as they could well prove that they were so busy, that it took that much time to fix the trucks.
You in turn did not mitigate loss as you simply kept trading in the vehicles.
My advice, I don't think you can claim the whole amount as a court will not look favourablly upon you for not mitigating loss, meaning, you could have gone elsewhere to fix it, you didn't need to buy another truck, you knew it would take that long to fix etc.
I think you should send a letter asking for a lesser sum to resolve the matter
