My 13 yr old son has taken his 18 yr old sisters password XXXXX I tunes for a game without our knowledge..bill is 1000.00 and we will struggle to meet that..any advice or laws around this ?

Sadly it is a common issue.

I would advise to seek help from the ombudsman.

Speak with them in regard to the matter and they will be able to look into it and reduce the bill, as they always will.
