Telstra bills.
have had Telstra telling myself that they were cancelling an account for connecting a home adsl line. (no fees)
they have failed to do this since October last year continued billing.
have had to pay over $1200.00 in last 2 months to keep company lines running.
have made phone calls every month about the cancellation since October last year were I keep getting told that these lines would be shut down seen as they are obsolete to my company as promised in October and that a credit would be issued.
still receiving bills and over due fees and the lines that are being used are incorrect as they have taken payments from it and have not credited it.
were do I stand?

When you cancel your service with Telstra was this done in writing or over the phone?

Do you have the details of the people you spoke to at the time?

So can I assume you have been paying Telstra as well as your new provider?

Telstra is still my provider.

when I changed my contract it was done in store with branch business manager.

when choosing the business plans for going on the home adsl 250gb a month plan they would cancel it then.

last month I was on phone and then also went back down to the branch manager in mt isa as well.
