Are you asking if you can start actions for defamation, for them lodging the complaint with the police?
Good Morning
She has to go see the police but she should not make any admissions, that is tell them anything that shows aggression by her.
If she has evidence that the other party has threatened her she should show them that.
She can apply to get an AVO against this girl and her ex boyfriend so that they do not contact her and leave her alone.
If the contact is making her upset and impacting on her pregnancy, she should get a letter form her doctor to back her up.
But she needs to go to the police as requested but not to make any admissions.
