i am having issues with my real estate ,due to late payment…

i am having issues with my real estate ,due to late payment & arrears, in question of the rent
I belive that $10K was been paid in June 2012 but not allocated to my account with them yet no credit relating to this has occurred on my bank statment.
I have contially questioned this to no avail?

The real estate only recently( march 2013 )via email ,sent a copy of the ledger .
I have received no receipts ever from them.
I also informed the real estate of my intention of working from the study, and using it as a office as it has seperate access ,yet since being here 30/6/12 the phone lines and cabling for internet have and were only finally established on tuesday this week

Previously telstra were unable to access the telecommunications box as the owner / occupier on level 4 of the building had put a private lock on this. ( against the law ).
Also due to recent renovations ( June 30/2012 - March 2013 ) the cabling was not ready for use either.

Up until completion of these renovations the noise , both internal and external renovations , that i was told had finished when i moved in ,were constant , loud , annoying and made impossible to work or live in comfortably due to the constant jack hammer / other trades daily.

Constant jack hammerin in the above floor unit ( level 3 ) resulted in the under side of cement slab ( ceiling ) cracking in the so called study.
We have had water penetration.
We advised the real etstae and owner witnessed this upon inspection in December 2012.
It still awaits rectification.

Also due to my asthma ( since childhood ) I have always been on a priority telstra phone account & in need of a operating house phone line.

This has been a nightmare due to the the inabilty of telstra to be able to connect a phone line, due to reasons stated above, as my mobile coverage doesnt always allow reception here due to renovations and location.

I was forced also to rent office space in North Sydney ( kirribilli residence ) as I had no phone / internet access , primary reason for taking the flat , and also due to the noise from the constant unfinished rennovations.

what do i do?

I have been sick for the past 6 weeks with my asthma and have submitted cerificates stating this to the tribunal that the real estate have been also , without and against privacy laws, checking with my doctor their authenticity.
Is this legal?

I dont care about that just want to now my rights as I have submitted a medical cerificate for the re hearing tomorrow but due to no access to computer was unable to email these until wednesday when all internet finally was accessable.

What do I respond to as they will not adjourn as yet?
