The first thing you should do is report her threats to the police. These are very serious threats and the police should be informed. You may also wish to obtain an AVO to prevent her from approaching any of your family.
You should then make an application to the Family Court for parenting orders that will ensure the child is not at risk. You can seek urgent interim orders on the basis that the child is in an environment that could be dangerous to her safety. You would then seek final orders that the child is cared for by your partner with supervised access by the child's mother. You need to retain a lawyer to do this.
