VerifiedOkay, so you ended up in Court three times for breaching an AVO. What is the status of those charges? Did you plead guilty?
Okay, because of the AVO the only way you can get access to see your children is to apply for such orders through a family lawyer. Because there have been breaches of the AVO, you will not need to attend a mandatory mediation and your lawyer can obtain a hearing date relatively quickly. He will have to attend that Court hearing without you as the AVO is still in place, but the Court would be likely to make an order that the mother drop the children off at a neutral place and pick them up there.

Once orders are in place, if the mother breaches them, then she can be made to do community service. However, you should not try contacting her in any way, including by mail. That can make things worse for you.
