Your employment is covered by the hospitality award. This sets out minimum entitlements that apply to you regardless of whether you have a written contract.
Under the award you should receive additional payments for overtime worked and also shift allowances for the shift work you are doing.
If you have not been paid these amounts for some time you are also entitled to back pay.
