The children were intervieved seperately 5yr old had said that he had grabbed him from the genital area but whilst he was still wearing his pants on, so DCP's only going to write a report regarding the info he shared. 7yr old had not spoken as she's generally uncomfortable talking to srangers about something this embarrassig . but when they had asked "what did daddy do ? "she has just pointed to her private parts and chest area.

I spoke to a detective from police yesterday and he said that they cannot charge him with a criminal offence as the children have not disclosed enough information. But he assured me that in previous instances child access has been denied by what the children already has disclosed.
