Dear Sir/Madam,

I’d like to explain my current case and ask your advise if you can handle it which is on brief as following :
I am living with my wife and 2 children in Dubai , me and my wife hold a permanent resident in Australia and our children hold Australian citizenship and Australian Passports.

My wife asked for Divorce on Feb 2012 to Dubai Court and after that I got Court order from Dubai Court against my wife to give me our children Australian passports , however , she claimed and signed on her statement on the court that she gave me the passports on November 2011 which is not true . and on same day she signed on this statement she lodged an application for renewing my daughter passport to the Australian Consulate with Fraud Signature of mine and also she stolen my passport and presented it to Australian consulate.

After 3 days from submitting the application to Australian Consulate , they called me requesting if I accept to renew my daughter passport , and I agreed providing that in one conditions that the renewed passport to be given to me.
However, I was surprised that they delivered the passport to my wife,& when I followed up the matter I found that they delivered the passport to my wife .

I raised a case to Dubai Prosecution and when they investigated with her she denied that she has the passports and applied to Australian Consulate at all which is not true and opposite to the facts.

Dubai Prosecuation sent a request to Australian Consulate to confirm if my wife approached them and lodged an application and date of submission , collection and if there is my signature on the consent page.
Australian consulate requested me to contact the FOI and I did and they sent me all detail and copy of the consent page which I did not sign and my wife signed fraud signature claiming it is mine , copy of the application which date of lodging it show same day she signed on official statement in dubai court that she does not has the passport and gave it to me 9 months ago .

Australian Federal Police at Australian Consulate refused to give me any information and they advised that they will deal on it by Police to police and since 3 months no action or reply provided to Dubai Prosecution letter recived by Australian consulate.

Later I recived an email from Regional Investigations Manager /Passport Fraud Section Email: Canberra/Australian Passport Office/Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and asked me to make me on B11 statment which I did and sent them all detail and copy of my communications.
And they requested me to not communicate with Australian consulate , FOI and federal police at Australian consulate and keep all communication with them .

And regretfully I am not satisfied with the out come and convienced since they just closed the case by admitting that the witness on my signature was not correctly witnessed despite i never ever met the witness or even known his/her name.
Also they informed me that they Document examination unit could not whether my signature forged or not because of poor scanned images of B11 statement I sent to them .
I suggested to them that I can go to Australian consulate and sign in front of them to witness my signature and send them the original to enable document examination unit to make comparison but they insisted on closing the allegation confirming no evidence that my signature being forged .
Australian consulate , FOI , Passport fraud Section refused to give me any official letter to provide Dubai prosecution any confirmed information of date of submission of the application by my wife to Australian consulate or collecting it and has not replied to DUBAI PROSECUATION TILL NOW.
Please let me know if you can handle this issue to assure that all information related to this case and official response to be sent by Australian consulate in dubai to dubai prosecution as no response means that my wife did all these wrong things and kept the passports with her and all non true facts not presented .

How much fees I should pay as over all to handle this case ?
I am currently in Dubai and if it require me to come to Sydney to appoint your office to handle above case.
