When you paid the cheques to the card how did you do it?
Diod you attend at the branch with the Credit card statement and pay it? or post the cheques with the credit card statement?
Good Evening
What you need to do is to look at the statements that the cheques were drawn on and see when the cheques were presented.
That date is the date you should have been given credit on your Credit Card.
If the payments were both made before the date due on the Credit card then no penalties would apply and you should be given back all the interest and late charges that they have credited to your account.
You should fight it all based on when the cheques were presented.
