Our Company was put into voluntary liquidation some 18 months ago. We employed Worrells to do the administration work. We now find that a super account we set up with MLC for the employees has a balance of $330,000+ in it which MLC has not forwarded on to the employees. I have contacted the administrators and sent them a copy of the statement from MLC but in the meantime our Company paid the ATO all super outstanding from the Company trust account which has since been paid to the employees. My x -wife (who resides in Thailand) was sent some moniesas per our Divorce Settlement. The monies were sent from a Corporate Trustee that is now in liquidation. Unknown to me the monies sent were recorded on the Trust's account's as "a loan" There was never a loan agreement entered into by my x-wife. The liquidator is now trying to claw back said monies.
