Have you got a copy of the orders form the court?

You will need them to take to the RTA (RMS now) and show them what the court ordered and they will then be able to release the disqualification.

Also you have to confirm that the court has passed on the orders to the RTA.

Once you do this it should all be fixed up.

The only other option is to file an application with the Local Court appealing the decision of the RMS.

Here is a link with a step by step guide.

It will be listed 5 weeks from the date it is filed.

Do not worry about he 28 days mentioned in the link. You will be permitted to file.
