This is not defamation, it is a simple 'joke' APP, no defaming statement has been made.
HOWEVER, that person can have a claim if you make a profit from the APP.
For instance the website 'Chuck Norris' facts was sued by Chuck Norris himself as they made a profit from it. They were found liable as they were making money by using and benefiting from his name.
