Im not to sure what to do. as i have a holiday fixed caravan
im not to sure what to do. as i have a holiday fixed caravan and annex in a holiday park.In june we received a letter saying there where not going to renew our contract and we must remove our caravan and attach annex of the property by the 1st july 2019. after calling the caravan park and getting no response we then called the caravan manager on 4 occasions all times we spoke with him and him saying he will get back to us about the caravan and us having to remove it, he never did. A few other in the park that also recieved the letter got together and seeked legal advise and a lawyer to help us the legal fees have gotten to much and we can not possibly pay for a lawyer to help us. We have no money and we are unable to physically remove our caravan and annex as we brought the holiday home as a fixed structure they have told us we can not sell it that we need to remove it from the park. we dont know what to do about this and need some advise … read more
