I don't know what else to say except the intimacy of our relationship ended years ago. We remained friends and I felt sorry for him because he suffers from Bi Polar regular daily life was hard. he did not really work but claimed centrelink rent allowance and did a bit of gardening . I alway said this in not defacto. I bought the house in my own name, i pay rates utilities all in my name. We do not have mutual friends and he has never been to any of my son's sporting events or school events. He became ill about 6 weeks ago. and I had to have him admitted to Fremantle pshyc hosptial under the mental health act. He was extremely violent and I had to take a VRO out on him and remove my son from the house for a month just in case. He met a girl in the luny bin and has moved in with her and is now saying he wants $100,000 from me (which coincidentaly is approximately what he paid in rent over the 8/9 years) $750 per month. we went to bali recently as I won a holiday but we did not have any intimate relations. I thought he needed a rest, but instead drunk himself into oblivion everyday and it was hell. when we returned he started taking drugs and drinking heavily which precipitated the onslaught of a manic and violent pshychotic episode . He was in hospital for two weeks or so then met this woman and moved in with her.. In the meantime I took out the VRO and said that he could not come back and live in my house with my son and he had to find somewhere else. Which he did. Now he wants $100,000 for "putting him through hell" in the hospital and all his rent money bac k???
