What can I do while I am struggling“I believe understand the tenant's request for rent relief cannot proceed under the Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme (CTRS), the details of which may be found at the following link on our website: https://www.vsbc.vic.gov.au/your-rights-and-responsibilities/retail-tenants-and-landlords/.
